The Intake Process

Once you reach out, we’ll schedule your first session. Before we meet, I’ll send you secure intake forms to complete online. These help me better understand your needs so we can dive right into meaningful work when we meet.

Follow-Up Sessions

Therapy is a journey, and consistency is key! Follow-up sessions will be tailored to your progress and needs, ensuring that we build on previous work and continue moving forward toward your goals.

Fees & Insurance

💰 Session Rate: $150 per session for self-pay.
🏥 Accepted Insurances: United Healthcare, Optum, BCBS, Aetna, Scott and White Health Plan, Evernorth (Cigna). If you don’t see your insurance listed please give me a call.

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a session. If you reschedule within the same week (subject to availability), I will waive the cancellation fee. Otherwise, the full session rate of $150 will apply.

Between-Session Support

Life doesn’t pause between therapy sessions, and I understand that challenges arise. While I don’t provide therapy outside of scheduled sessions, I do offer brief check-ins via email for non-urgent matters. If more support is needed, we can schedule an additional session.

🕘 Thursday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
🕘 Saturday: Appointment only (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
🕒 Sunday: Closed

Telehealth (Online Sessions)

For clients who prefer the flexibility of remote therapy, I offer secure telehealth sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform. This allows you to receive support from the comfort of your home while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
